Service has taken many forms.
Dave London is a West Point graduate, combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, former Deputy Commander of the Savannah District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, educator, and longtime community servant.
His professional and public-service experience has included military leadership, engineering and infrastructure, education, youth development, planning, and community involvement.
After his military career, Dave continued serving through education and civic involvement. His experience has included teaching exceptional children, JROTC instruction and leadership, service with the Bryan County Planning Commission, and involvement with the Richmond Hill High School Band Boosters, Scouts, church, and other community activities.
Dave began serving on the Bryan County Planning Commission in 2015 and later served as chairman beginning in 2017. Across each chapter, the consistent theme has been service to others and engagement with the people and communities around him.
